Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 10, 2015, Mark E. Tuttle gave notice of his decision to resign as Executive Vice President of Operations of SemiLEDs Corporation (the “Company”) and to relocate to the USA. His last day of employment will be October 16, 2015.

Mr. Tuttle has agreed to provide transition assistance to the Company for a period of time.
