F1: These shares represented stock units and will be settled in LEDS stock upon vesting, 25% of the restricted stock units will vest on Feb 12, 2021, May 12, 2021, Aug 12, 2021 and Nov 12, 2021, so long as the Reporting Person's continuous service through the applicable vesting date. In the event that the 2021 annual meeting falls before Nov 12, 2021, 100% of the stock units shall immediately vest on the date of the 2021 annual meeting.
