Sub: Intimation of violation of Code of Conduct of the Company formulated pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015

We wish to inform you that, Mr. Naveed Shaikh.M an employee (designated person) of the Company has acquired 5 equity shares of the Company through open market from the stock exchanges during the period from 14[th] May, 2021 to 21[st] May, 2021 when the trading window of the Company was closed in violation of the Code of Conduct of the Company formulated pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The Company has issued a show cause notice to Mr. Naveed Shaikh.M for undertaking the said transaction in violation of the Code of Conduct.

The details relating to reporting of violations relating to the Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as required pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/135 dated 23[rd] July, 2020 will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course upon completion of the enquiry by the Audit Committee of the Company.
