Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('SEBI Listing Regulations') we hereby inform you that, upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has re-appointed M/s Number Tree LLP as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-2027. The said appointment of M/s Number Tree LLP as the Internal Auditors of the Company is in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions, if any, read with the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014.
