COMPLETION ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of SEM Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 22 January 2021 in respect of the Acquisition. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement, unless the context requires otherwise. The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions in the Pre-Sale Agreement have been fulfilled. Completion of the Acquisition took place on 16 April 2021.
