Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent") niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu powiadomień sporządzonych na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR od Członków Zarządu Spółki, w związku z realizacją Programu Motywacyjnego, o czym Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym numer 8/2021 z dnia 20 kwietnia 2021 r. oraz 13/2021 z dnia 17 maja 2021 r. Treść powiadomień stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company") hereby informs that the Company received notifications prepared in accordance with Article 19.1 of MAR due to execution of the Stock Grant Program in the Company, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 8/2021 of April 20, 2021 and No. 13/2021 of May, 17 2021 as from persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company. The notifications are attached to this report.
