Selvita S.A. — Major Shareholding Notification 2021

Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent") niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 15 kwietnia 2021 r. zawiadomienia od Aviva Investors Poland Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. ("Aviva Investors TFI") sporządzonego na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 1) w związku z art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 2) lit. a) ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych ("OfertPublU"), które Spółka przekazuje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu.

Fundusze zarządzane przez Aviva Investors TFI (Aviva Investors Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Aviva Investors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Aviva Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty PPK, Aviva Investors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Dużych Spółek) w związku z transakcją zakupu akcji Spółki, przekroczyły próg 5% ogólnej liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki i posiadają aktualnie łącznie 1 133 009 akcje Spółki, stanowiące 6,17% kapitału zakładowego Spółki, uprawniające do wykonywania 1 133 009 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, stanowiące 5,06% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Company") hereby announces that the Company received on April 15, 2021 the notification from Aviva Investors Poland Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. ("Aviva Investors TFI") prepared pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 point 1) in connection with art. 87 sec. 1 point 2) lit. a) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies, which is attached to this report.

The Funds managed by Aviva Investors TFI (Aviva Investors Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Aviva Investors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Aviva Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty PPK, Aviva Investors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Dużych Spółek) as a result of the acquisition of Company’s shares have exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes at the Company's general meeting and currently hold 1 133 009 of the Company's shares, representing 6,17% of the Company’s share capital, entitling to 1 133 009 votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounts for 5,06% of the total number of votes.
