Declaration by the board of directors and CEO

We hereby confirm that the annual accounts for the group and the parent company for 2015 to the best of our knowledge have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the group and the parent company taken as a whole.

The directors' report gives a true and fair view of the development and performance of the business and the position of the group and the parent company, as well as a description of the principal risks and uncertainties facing the group.
