Selvaag Bolig ASA: Q4 2025: Sold 521 homes worth NOK 3.5 billion in 2025

Selvaag Bolig ASA: Q4 2025: Sold 521 homes worth NOK 3.5 billion in 2025

Selvaag Bolig sold 521 homes with a total value of NOK 3,463 million in 2025.

More than one third of the sales were homes with the lifestyle concept Selvaag

Pluss®. In the fourth quarter, the company sold 115 homes for a gross value of

NOK 774 million.

Net sales in the fourth quarter, i.e. sales adjusted for Selvaag Bolig's share

in joint ventures, amounted to 106 homes worth NOK 708 million. Construction

of 122 homes was started. Selvaag Bolig completed 261 homes and delivered 261

homes to buyers in the quarter, of which 194 were from consolidated project

companies and 67 from joint ventures.

Net sales for the year 2025 ended at 466 homes worth NOK 3,036 million.

Construction of 476 homes was started, 393 homes were completed, and 433 homes

were delivered to buyers in 2025.

"We are pleased with the sales in 2025. We have popular projects in attractive

locations, which have sold well despite a challenging market. Our Selvaag

Pluss® projects remain in high demand, offering homes with shared spaces as

well as social and practical services," says CEO Sverre Molvik.

At the end of the fourth quarter, Selvaag Bolig had 912 homes under

construction and 45 completed homes that remained unsold. In addition, the

company had 22 completed homes that were sold but not yet delivered. The

corresponding figures at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 were 829 homes

under construction, 81 completed homes that were not sold, and 26 completed

homes that were sold but not yet delivered.

"We are optimistic about the period ahead. There has been a historic low level

of construction of new homes in Norway. The Norwegian Central Bank expects

increased purchasing power and further interest rate cuts in 2026. Selvaag

Bolig is well positioned with several major sales launches in attractive

locations planned for 2026, both in Norway and Sweden," says Molvik.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Selvaag Bolig sold 160 homes gross worth NOK

1,121 million. Net sales were 122 homes worth NOK 849 million. For the full

year 2024, the company sold 665 homes worth gross NOK 4,363 million. Net sales

in the same period amounted to 568 homes worth NOK 3,673 million.

Units sold are sales contracts entered into with customers pursuant to the

Norwegian Housing Construction Act and the Tenancy Act in Sweden.
