In connection with the annual general meeting of Selvaag Bolig ASA to be held on

29 April 2015, Olav H Selvaag, chair of the board of directors, has received

proxies to represent and vote on behalf of 2 179 757 shares.

Selvaag will thereby represent a total of 52 359 844 shares at the AGM,

corresponding to 55,84 per cent of the voting shares in Selvaag Bolig ASA. These

proxies apply exclusively to the AGM of Selvaag Bolig ASA being held on 29 April
