Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 25.06.2019 concerning the

increase of share capital.

The new share capital of NOK 8 261 722.60, divided into 82 617 226 shares each

with par value of NOK 0.10 is now registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises.
