Self Storage Group ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The board of directors of Self Storage Group ASA (Self Storage Group, OSE:SSG)

calls for an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to be held on Monday 30 March

2020 at 13:00 (CET) at the offices of law firm Schjødt, Ruseløkkveien 14, Oslo,

Norway.

The background for the notice is a request from Alta Lux Holdco S.a.r.l to

convene an EGM to consider the election of a new chairman. On the basis of said

request, the board of directors has requested the nomination committee to make a

complete proposal for a new board constitution. The recommendation from the

nomination committee will be made available as soon as it has been finalised.
