voluntary cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Self Storage

Group ASA, Fabian Holding AS has on 2023-12-01 sold 8 565 000 shares in Self

Storage Group ASA and has consequently passed the 5% disclosure threshold.

Following the transaction, Fabian Holding AS does not own shares in the company.
