voluntary cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Self Storage

Group ASA, GSS Invest AS has on 2023-12-01 sold 5 565 000 shares in Self Storage

Group ASA and has consequently passed the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the

transaction, GSS Invest AS does not own shares in the company.
