Following the expired offer period in T-C Storage Holdco AB's recommended

voluntary cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Self Storage

Group ASA, Alta Lux Holdco S.à r.l., an affiliate of Centerbridge Partners, L.P.

has on 2023-12-01 sold 27 206 078 shares in Self Storage Group ASA and has

consequently passed all disclosure thresholds. Following the transaction, Alta

Lux Holdco S.à r.l. not longer owns shares in the company.
