Following the expired offer period in T-C Storage Holdco AB's recommended voluntary cash offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares in Self Storage Group ASA, Inversiones Odisea has on 2023-12-01 sold 6,385,541 shares in Self Storage Group ASA and has consequently passed all disclosure threshold. Following the transaction, Inversiones Odisea no longer owns shares in the company.
