Reference is made to Self Storage Group ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange

announcement on 24 March 2022.

Fabian Søbak, CEO of Self Storage Group ASA, has on March 24[th] 2022, sold

1,000,000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA through Fabian Holding AS, a company

controlled by Fabian Søbak, at an average share price of NOK 32.00. The buyer of

the shares is Centerbridge Partners Europe LLP, the Company's largest

shareholder and closely related to primary insider in Self Storage Group ASA,

Steven J Skaar.  Following this transaction, Fabian Holding AS will own 8 565

000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA, representing approximately 9.05% of the

issued shares in the Company, thereby crossing the notifiable threshold of 10 %

pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
