Disclosure of shareholding
FEOK AS and Ferncliff TIH AS, companies controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, have on 16 January 2020 sold 18,377,922 shares, corresponding to 22.24% in Self Storage Group ASA (the “Company”) at a price of NOK 27 per share. Following this transaction, companies controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen no longer own any shares in the Company.
