Ferncliff Invest AS has been merged with Ferncliff TIH AS. Both companies are indirectly 100% owned by board member Øystein Stray Spetalen.

As a result of the completion of the merger, 4 080 000 shares owned by Ferncliff Invest AS in Self Storage Group ASA, corresponding to 4.94 % ownership, has been transferred from Ferncliff Invest AS to Ferncliff TIH AS.

After the transaction, the number of shares controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen and associated companies remains unchanged at 18 377 922 shares, corresponding to 22.24%
