Strategic review in Self Storage Group

Reference is made to the announcement on 17.01.2020 that Zeon Lux S.à r.l., an

entity managed by affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. had purchased shares

representing 23.28% of the outstanding shares and votes in Self Storage Group

ASA (Self Storage Group, OSE:SSG).

Against the backdrop of gaining a new large shareholder, the Board of Self

Storage Group has decided to commence a strategic review to explore all

available options to maximize shareholder value and ensure equal treatment of

shareholders. During the strategic review, the Board will engage with interested

parties and also carefully consider the attractive opportunities Self Storage

Group has as a stand-alone entity.

Self Storage Group has retained Carnegie as financial advisor and Schjødt as

legal advisor to assist in the strategic review.
