Self Storage Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Alta Lux Holdco S.à r.l., an affiliate of Centerbridge Partners, L.P.

("Centerbridge"), has today purchased 1 706 169 shares in Self Storage Group ASA

at NOK 26.31 per share. Prior to the purchase Centerbridge held 19 230 909

shares in the company. Following the transaction Centerbridge owns 20 937 078

shares in the company, representing 24,83% of the outstanding shares and votes

in the Company.
