Hanekamb Invest AS, a company controlled by the chairman of the board, Martin Nes, has on 16 January 2020 sold 344,805 shares in Self Storage Group ASA (the “Company”) at a price of NOK 27 per share. Following this transaction, nor Hanekamb Invest AS or Martin Nes owns any shares in the Company.
