TRADING HALT

The securities of Select Harvests Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 27 August 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

I refer to our telephone conversation earlier today.

I confirm that Select Harvests Limited ACN 000 721 380 ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt under ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company states that:

• (a) pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and a proposed capital raising;

• (b) the Company requests the trading halt until the commencement of trading on 27 August 2014 or earlier announcement; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by ASX.
