ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – STEVEN FISHER

Select Harvests Limited (ASX:SHV) ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Fisher to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

The Board considers Mr Fisher to be an independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr Fisher is a highly experienced ASX-listed company director and former chief executive with more than 30 years' experience driving strategic growth across multiple geographies for multi-brand, consumer-facing businesses. He is currently Chairman of Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT) and was previously Chairman of Breville Group Limited (ASX:BRG), The Reject Shop Limited (ASX:TRS) and Laybuy Group Holdings Limited (ASX:LBY). Earlier in his career, Mr Fisher spent 25 years as Managing Director of the Voyager Group of Companies, one of Australia's leading branded apparel manufacturers and distributors. He brings to the Board deep experience in retail and the management of integrated, multi-geography supply chains, together with extensive ASX governance credentials. Mr Fisher said he was delighted to join the Board and looked forward to contributing to the Company's continued growth.

The appointment is effective from 5 June 2026.
