Change of Company Secretary

Select Harvests Limited (ASX:SHV) (“ SHV or the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Arnheim as Company Secretary effective immediately. Mr Arnheim joined Select Harvests in March 2025, in the role of General Counsel and is a member of the executive leadership team.

Mr Arnheim is an experienced corporate lawyer, having held senior legal roles in leading FMCG, materials and pharmaceutical companies. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Master of Laws degree from Monash University and has undertaken post graduate study leading to the award of a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Arnheim will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX from 23 April 2025.

The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Liam Nolan, has relinquished his additional role as joint Company Secretary effective immediately.

Mark Rhys Davies will resign as Company Secretary effective 29 April 2025. Mr Davies provides outsourced Company Secretary and CFO services and has acted as Interim Company Secretary over the last three months during the recruitment process for a permanent General Counsel and Company Secretary. The Board extends its sincere thanks to Mr Davies for his contributions.
