CEO Retention Payment

Select Harvests Limited (ASX:SHV) advises the company has agreed to a retention payment for the CEO and Managing Director, Mr David Surveyor.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, the Company provides the following information in relation to the retention payment:

• A one-off retention incentive of $275,000 gross (inclusive of superannuation)

• Payable on the 25[th] of October 2025 based on Mr Surveyor’s continued employment to this date

The Company’s Chair, Mr Travis Dillon said, “Mr Surveyor has commenced developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that will re-shape Select Harvests. This arrangement demonstrates the belief the Board has that the delivery of this strategy over the next two years will deliver additional value to shareholders.”

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Select Harvests Limited.
