Non-Executive Director Nicki Anderson not seeking re-election at AGM

Select Harvests (ASX: SHV) Chairman Michael Iwaniw today announced that Non-Executive Director Nicki Anderson has indicated she will retire by rotation and not seek re-election at the Select Harvests Annual General Meeting on Friday, 25 February 2022.

Ms Anderson joined the board as a non-executive director on 21 January 2016 and is currently Chair of the Remuneration and Sustainability Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.

Mr Iwaniw said Ms Anderson had provided a positive contribution to the company over six years, particularly with respect to occupational health and safety, sustainability and human resources.

“Nicki Anderson has been with the company during a significant period of change for the business, particularly during the COVID-19 period,” Mr Iwaniw said.

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Nicki for her contribution and commitment to Select Harvests and wish her every success in her future endeavours,” he said.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Select Harvests.
