Select Harvests’ Chairman, Michael Iwaniw, announces the following updates to the company’s Committees effective from 1 March 2022:

Audit and Risk Committee: Fiona Bennett (Chair), Fred Grimwade and Guy Kingwill Remuneration Committee: Guy Kingwill (Chair), Michael Iwaniw and Travis Dillon Nominations Committee: Michael Iwaniw (Chair), Guy Kingwill and Fiona Bennett Mergers and Acquisitions Committee: Michael Iwaniw (Chair), Fred Grimwade and Fiona Bennett

Sustainability Committee: Fiona Bennett (Chair), Fred Grimwade and Guy Kingwill

The Sustainability Committee has been formed due to the increased level of focus on this critical area and the related key strategic and regulatory requirements going forward.
