Mergers and Acquisitions Committee update

Select Harvests (ASX: SHV) Chairman Michael Iwaniw announces that effective immediately, Fred Grimwade has stood down from the company’s Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and has been replaced on the committee by Travis Dillon.

Accordingly, the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee now consists of Michael Iwaniw (Chair), Fiona Bennett and Travis Dillon.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Select Harvests.
