Retirement of Chairman and appointment of new Chairman

Select Harvests Limited (ASX:SHV) (Select Harvests) has today announced that, after eleven years of dedicated service, Mr Michael Iwaniw will retire as Chairman effective today, 27 May 2022. He will retire as a non-executive director on 30 June 2022. Mr Travis Dillon has been appointed as Chairman effective 27 May 2022.

Mr Iwaniw was appointed to the Board in June 2011 and was appointed Chairman on 3 November 2011. The Board thanked Mr Iwaniw for his deep commitment to Select Harvests over the last eleven years, during which the company has more than tripled its net asset base, and wished him well for the future.

Mr Travis Dillon was appointed to the Board of Select Harvests on 29 November 2021. He has extensive experience in leading agricultural companies, including having previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ruralco. He is currently Chairman of ASX-listed companies Clean Seas Seafood Limited and Terragen Holdings Limited.

The Board continues to regularly assess its current skills and expected requirements for the future and intends to commence a search to appoint a new non-executive director.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of SHV.
