– APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Chairman of Select Harvests Limited, Michael Iwaniw, is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Dillon to the Board as Non- Executive Director.

Travis joins the Board with extensive experience in leading Agricultural companies. He holds several Board positions in ASX listed and unlisted companies including Chairman of ASX listed companies Clean Seas Seafood and Terragen Holdings.

Travis has previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ruralco where he successfully led the company, implementing diverse strategies and improving all financial metrics. He played a major role in the sale of Ruralco to Nutrient.

The Chairman and the Board are delighted to welcome Travis Dillon to the team. His impressive leadership, well-grounded business acumen and experience in the agriculture sector will provide a valuable addition to the skill set of the Board.
