Appointment of Non Executive Director

The Chairman of Select Harvests Limited, Michael Iwaniw, is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Kingwill to the Board as a Non Executive Director.

Guy joins the Board with an extensive background in horticulture, international soft commodity marketing and water investment and trading. He is currently on the Boards of Tasmanian Irrigation and ACMII Australia 1 Group and serves the Chair of the Audit Committee at Tasmanian Irrigation.

Guy has previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tandou Limited, based in Mildura and as a Director of Lower Murray Water Urban and Rural Water Corporation. His experience in Horticulture and Water Resource Management will be invaluable to Select Harvests as the company continues to develop its asset base.

The Chairman and Board are delighted to welcome Guy Kingwill to the team. His impressive experience will provide a valuable addition to the skill set of the Board.
