Bankamız 31.03.2020 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında; Bankamızın bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 2020 yılı finansal tablolarına göre oluşan 52,617,016.75 TL tutarındaki dönem karının Bankamız Ana Sözleşmesi ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde;

- % 5'inin 2,630,850.84 TL olarak Yasal Yedekler Hesabına aktarılmasına,

- 5520 sayılı Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu'nun 5'inci maddesi 1'inci fıkrası (e) bendinde bahsedilen istisnadan yararlanmak için 5 yıl süresince özel fonlar hesabında tutulmak üzere 25,689,566.41 TL'nin özel fonlar hesabına alınmasına,

- Yasal yedek dağıtımı ve özel fonlar hesabına aktarım sonrasında kalan dönem karı tutarı olan 24,296,599.50 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedeklere aktarılmasına,

Diğer taraftan, geçmiş yıl zararı olan 5,999,705.09 TL içerisinde yer alan Bankamız gayrimenkul satışı ile ilgili tutar olan 4,049,570.86 TL'nin, 5520 sayılı Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu'nun 5'inci maddesi 1'inci fıkrası (e) bendinde bahsedilen istisnadan yararlanmak için 5 yıl süresince tutulmak üzere dönem karında yer alan tutar ile birlikte toplam 29,739,137.27 TL'nin özel fonlar hesabına alınmasına, bu hesaplamaların sonucunda geçmiş yıl zararı hesabında kalan 10,049,275.95 TL ve dönem karından transfer edilen tutar ile birlikte toplam 14,247,323.55 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına transfer edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
