Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 17.02.2024 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin kâr payı dağıtım politikası uyarınca, Şirketimizin 2023 yılında oluşan kârının dağıtımına ilişkin olarak yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II, No: 14.1 Sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş konsolide finansal tablolarımızda yer alan net dağıtılabilir dönem karımızın 554.641.337 TL olmasına karşın, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş mali tablolarımızdaki net dağıtılabilir karın 185.106.636 TL olması, ayrıca 2024 yılında sahip olduğu gayrimenkullerin bir bölümü için deprem güçlendirme çalışmalarının planlaması, mevcut banka kredi ödemelerinin devam etmesi ve işletme sermayesi ihtiyacı da göz önünde bulundurularak Şirketimizin kar dağıtım politikası uyarınca 2023 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurulu'nda kar dağıtımı yapılmayarak Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması önerisinin Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına Ek'deki Kar Dağıtım Tablosunun onaylanmasına karar vermiştir.
