Şirket'imizin bugün yapılan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, Yönetim Kurulu'nun 06.03.2023 tarihli önerisiyle; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II, No: 14.1 Sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş konsolide finansal tablolarımızda yer alan net dönem karımızın 1.295.649.562-TL olmasına karşın, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş mali tablolarımızdaki net karın 178.175.847 –TL olması, ayrıca Şirket'in Şile projesi nedeniyle 2023 yılında da devam edecek yatırımları için kaynak ihtiyacının bulunması ve mevcut banka kredi ödemelerinin de devam ettiği göz önünde bulundurularak Şirket'imizin kar dağıtım politikası uyarınca kar dağıtımı yapılmaması, oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
