SEGRO plc (the Company)

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 1,380,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan		1,200,000
SEGRO plc Save As You Earn SEGRO plc Share Incentive Plan		80,000 100,000

Admission of the Shares is expected on 7 May 2024.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
