Scrip Dividend Scheme – Application for Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,893,682 Ordinary Shares of 10p each (‘Shares’) to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 22 September 2023.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the 2023 Interim Dividend.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
