Scrip Dividend Scheme – Application for Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 5,763,817 Ordinary Shares of 10p each (‘Shares’) to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 4 May 2022.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the 2021 Final Dividend.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
