SEGRO plc (the Company)
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 1,650,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.
These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Admission of the Shares is expected on 17 May 2019.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
