Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 3,410,165 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 29 September 2017.

These Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the 2017 Interim Dividend.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
