Under the SEGRO plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP), on 27 June 2022 the following awards were granted to Directors/PDMR of the Company in respect of the 2021 bonus (the Bonus):

Notes:
a) The DSBP has been structured as a provisional allocation over ordinary shares in the Company. Further details of the operation of the DSBP are available in the Company’s 2021 Annual Report and Accounts.
b) As the MSCI benchmark data was not available at the date of publication of the Company’s 2021 Annual Report and Accounts, the payments disclosed were based on an estimate of 100 per cent of the TPR element of the Bonus being achieved, which has since been confirmed.
c) The calculation of the awards granted was based on a share price of 1,027.00 pence, being the closing mid-market quotation of a share on the business day immediately preceding the grant. This method of calculation is consistent with that used for previous awards.
