SEGRO plc (the Company)

SEGRO plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

The following Director and PDMR exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each (Shares) in the Company on 1 June 2017, pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2014 Sharesave. The Shares allotted on the exercise of the options were retained by the individuals.

The table below shows the number of Shares allotted and the resultant beneficial holdings:
