SEGRO plc (the Company)

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a blocklisting and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

SEGRO plc Long Term Incentive Plan	200,000
SEGRO plc Save As You Earn SEGRO plc Share Incentive Plan	150,000 50,000

Admission of the Shares is expected on 11 May 2023.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
