Further to the announcement on 18 April 2019 made by SEGRO plc (the "Company") relating to the Company's redemption of the Bonds, the Company announces that the listing of the Bonds on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the admission of the Bonds to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc has been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today.
