Other notes	Earnings, loss per share from operating income, other income, expense and net income for the current and comparative years has been calculated by using the average number of ordinary shares outstanding as at 31 December 2013 of 120 million shares (120 million shares at 31 December 2012 adjusted for bonus share issued on 2 April 2013).
