Altayyar Travel Group Holding Co. Declares signing a supplementary to its contract with Naseel Holding Co.

Further to the declaration of Altayyar Travel Group. On 11/3/2013 (29/4/1434 AH ) regarding signing the lease of residential towers complex for pilgrims and Umrah performers in Makkah Almukarama with Naseel Holding Co. for five years and rental amount of SR 308,550,000.

Altayyar Travel Group Holding Co. would like to declare its signing a supplementary contract with Naseel Holding Co. to decrease the rental amount by total amount of SR 78,820,500 from the contract value and also extending the contract period by three extra years so that the contract period expires on 30/12/1442 AH. The financial effect of the contract will begin in the second quarter of 2014 as stated in the previous declaration .
