Message :

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Seeka Limited (“SEK”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning.

The halt has been placed in order to facilitate a shortfall bookbuild following completion of the rights offer.

The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• SEK’s subsequent announcement of the results of the shortfall bookbuild; or

• Market open on Wednesday, 12 December 2018.
