Seeka Appoints Robert Farron as an Independent Director

The Board of Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Farron as an independent director of the Company.

Robert is based in the Bay of Plenty. He is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors NZ. Robert’s 30 year executive career has covered a wide range of sectors including professional services, corporate and institutional banking, renewable energy development and electricity generation and retailing. During his career, he has held senior leadership roles in listed companies including CFO and Company Secretary of Trustpower and Chief Executive of Tilt Renewables as well as governance and advisory roles for private companies.

The appointment takes effect on 1 September 2021.
