Extension of exclusivity period for potential Xref acquisition

SEEK Limited ( SEEK ) refers to its ASX announcement dated 14 October 2024 regarding entry into an exclusivity deed for the potential acquisition of all ordinary Xref Limited ( Xref ) shares on issue. SEEK and Xref have agreed to extend the period of exclusivity by one week to enable outstanding matters to be addressed, and to agree the terms of a scheme implementation deed ( SID ).

SEEK notes that the discussions with Xref remain incomplete, and there is no certainty that any transaction will eventuate.
