THINK: Education Group completes acquisition of Australian National College of Beauty

SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) announces that THINK: Education Group Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the Australian National College of Beauty (ANCB). ANCB is a specialized Beauty College based in Brisbane that offers a range of vocational beauty qualifications. This acquisition represents a further strengthening of THINK’s capability in the high growth health and wellness sector.
